We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage our properties as an outsourced contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, financial reporting, and budgeting. The Outsourced Property Manager will be a self-starter, able to work independently, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial reporting
- Prepare annual operating budgets and monitor financial performance against budget
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements and building codes
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective property management
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Work with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with other stakeholders, including investors and lenders, to ensure smooth operations and adherence to financial covenants
