Parties

This consulting agreement [“Agreement”] is entered into this [“Date”] by and between [“Owner Name”] of [“Company Name”]. [“Consultant”] located at [“Address”] and [“Contact Person”] of [“Client”], located at [“Address”].

In consideration of the manual promises and covenants in this agreement, of which the receipt and sufficiency are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree to the terms as follows:

Services

Consultant agrees to prove the following services [“Services”], and to perform such services in a timely, efficient, and professional manner:

• Establishing an overall mission and objectives, including their constraints, ideal to the investment program of the client;
• Setting up an appropriate risk management plan, as well as the appropriate risk budget, in accordance with the objectives and constraints; and
• Providing fiduciary management solutions designed to optimize the client’s financial outcomes and meet the specifications of running an investment portfolio.

Terms and Conditions

• Term

This agreement shall be effective from [“Date”] to [“Date”]. This agreement may be terminated earlier upon completion of the services by the consultant or through the termination section provided herein.

• Compensation

The client shall pay the consultant a monthly consulting fee amounting to [“$ dollars”]. Payment shall be made every 15th day of the month via bank wire transfer to account number ending in [“Last 4 digit”]

• Independent Relationship

This agreement is not intended to create a partnership or joint venture between client and consultant, and the rights and obligations of the parties shall only be limited to those expressly set forth herein.

• Tools, Labor and Supplies

The consultant agrees to furnish all tools, labor and supplies, in quantities required to perform the services.

• Termination

This agreement may be terminated by either party at any time by providing written notice of not less than thirty (30) days to the non-terminating party.

• Interpretation

The interpretation of this agreement shall be determined in accordance with [“Address”] law. All actions arising directly or indirectly as a result of this agreement shall be litigated only in courts of competent jurisdiction located in [“Address”].

• Entire Agreement

This agreement represents the final agreement among the parties, and may not be contradicted by evidence of prior oral agreements among the parties.
