Marketing Operations Platform

REIT Limited, a Bangladesh-based AI services and technical-delivery company, configures a shared workspace where campaign inputs, drafts, approvals and results are visible to the whole marketing team.

What it is

The Marketing Operations Platform is a shared workspace for campaign inputs, approved content, execution status and performance evidence. It holds the brief, the content queue, the review stages and the record of what was approved, with brand controls and human approval before anything is published.

What problem does a marketing operations platform solve?

Campaign requests, drafts and approvals are scattered across chat, email and meetings. The platform turns each request into a complete brief, prepares drafts from brand rules, and shows every piece, its reviewer and its status on one board.

Campaign work is spread across documents, chat threads and personal AI tools. Nobody can see which draft is current, what has been approved, or what was actually published, and reports are assembled by hand at the end of the month.

Intended users

  • Marketers and writers, who work from one queue
  • Editors and brand owners, who approve content
  • Marketing leads, who see status and results

Which channels and systems does it connect to?

The platform connects to the channels and systems listed in this section, where each provides a suitable interface. Every connection is confirmed in the assessment before it is included in scope.

  • Project boards
  • CRM campaign records
  • Shared asset libraries

Intended result

Complete briefs, a visible approval queue, no piece published without its recorded approvals, and a campaign record that shows what was sent, when and by whom.

What result can it produce?

One configured build, with the measures agreed before the pilot and reported after launch.

Marketing Operations Platform
  • 0%Offers published without legal reviewlower, was 22%
  • 1 dayMedian approval waitlower, was 4 days
  • 98%Requests with a complete briefhigher, was 41%

The problem

Campaign requests arrived by chat, email and meetings. Nobody could see what was waiting for approval, and legal review of offers was often missed.

What was built

  • A campaign intake form that creates a brief with required fields
  • Draft preparation from the brief and brand rules, in the formats each channel needs
  • An approval board showing every piece, its reviewer and its status

Where a person approves

Marketing approves content; legal approves any piece that contains an offer or a price. Publishing is blocked until both are recorded.

The result

Pieces published without a recorded legal review fell from 22% to zero. Median approval wait fell from 4 days to 1.

Systems and tools

  • Project board API
  • Brand rules and prompt library
  • Email and social scheduling connectors
  • Approval log

Limit found

Paid-media budget changes stay outside the platform and are made by the media buyer.

What is the initial scope and what does it cost?

The initial scope is usually one campaign type and two or three channels. Connected publishing, extra channels and deeper reporting are optional modules. The next step is an AI assessment of the process this platform would support.

Questions buyers ask

Does the platform publish content automatically?

Only after a named person approves it, and only on channels where connected publishing has been agreed. Otherwise the platform holds the approved content and its record, and your team publishes it. Spend changes are never made without approval.

How are marketing outputs checked before publishing?

Each item passes a brand check against documented tone rules and prohibited claims, then a human review. Factual statements are validated at the review stage. The platform records the reviewer, the changes and the approval, so there is a trail for every published piece.
