Privacy Notice
This notice explains how the website of REIT Limited, a Bangladesh-based AI services and technical-delivery company, handles information submitted or collected during use. It covers this website only; client project data is governed by each project agreement.

Information the enquiry form collects
Required: your name, email address, enquiry type and a description of your need. Optional: company, country and time zone, service of interest, systems involved, current bottleneck, the result you want, timeline, budget range, phone number and your preferred way to be contacted. The form also records the page you came from and a reference number for the enquiry.
Why it is used
The information is used to reply to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to prepare an assessment or proposal. It is not used for marketing emails unless you separately ask to receive them. It is not sold.
How the form works
When you submit the form, the details are sent by email from the website's server to the REIT Limited enquiry inbox. A short technical record of the submission (reference, time and outcome, without the message text) is kept on the server to prevent duplicate sends and abuse. A copy of the enquiry is also kept in a private folder on the server, which cannot be reached from the web, so that the enquiry is not lost if the email fails to arrive.
Cookies
The contact page sets one session cookie when the form loads. It is needed to protect the form against forged submissions and expires when you close the browser; the matching record on the server is deleted after four hours. The website sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Google reCAPTCHA
The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to detect automated abuse. reCAPTCHA is loaded only on the contact page. It collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Who receives the information
REIT Limited staff who handle enquiries (support requests from existing clients go to the support desk); the email service that delivers the message; the hosting provider of this website; and Google, for the reCAPTCHA check only.
How long it is kept
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. Technical submission records and the server copies of enquiries are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Your requests
You may ask for a copy of the information held about your enquiry, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by writing to info@reit.com.bd or to the address above. Requests are answered within a reasonable time.
Changes to this notice
This notice is updated when the website's handling of information changes. The current version is the one published on this page.
