AI Marketing

AI Marketing Automation

REIT Limited, a Bangladesh-based AI services and technical-delivery company, sets up marketing workflows in which AI prepares the work and people approve what is published.

What it is

AI marketing automation coordinates approved marketing tasks from campaign inputs to reviewed content and follow-up actions. AI drafts, adapts and routes; brand rules check the output; and a person approves anything that is published or that changes spend. It is governed marketing operations, not autonomous publishing.

What problem does AI marketing automation solve?

Marketing teams use AI ad hoc, so tone drifts and nothing is recorded. A governed process moves each piece from brief to draft, edit, approval and publication, with a person approving anything public and any change to spend.

Marketing teams adopt AI one person at a time. Each writer has different prompts, the brand voice drifts, drafts are published without a consistent check, and nobody can show what was approved by whom. Leads arrive and wait because the handover to sales is manual.

The fix is an operating model: which work AI supports, which stays human-led, and how a piece moves from brief to draft, edit, approval, publication and reporting.

Where does AI Marketing Automation fit?

Four situations where this service fits, with what each needs from you.

Illustrative example

Campaign content production

A brief becomes drafts for the agreed channels, checked against brand rules and queued for an editor. Needs: brand guidelines, past approved content and the channel list.

Illustrative example

Brand voice and prompt library

Tone rules, terminology and tested prompts are documented so people and AI tools produce consistent work. Needs: examples of content you consider on-brand and off-brand.

Illustrative example

Lead routing and follow-up

New leads are qualified by rule, routed to the right person, and a follow-up draft is prepared for review. Needs: CRM access and qualification rules.

Illustrative example

Email journeys

Segments from CRM data receive reviewed nurture, onboarding or reactivation sequences. Needs: segment definitions, consent status and an approver.

Clarity for AI search

Service pages, questions and evidence are structured so that search engines and AI assistants can understand them. No recommendation by an AI system is promised.

An example campaign: IT support services

A managed IT provider runs a campaign for its support service. The brief lists the audience, the offer and the approved claims. Drafts for the service page, three emails and five posts are prepared from the brand voice guide, edited, and approved by the marketing lead. Each enquiry the campaign produces is classified by need (device support, access problems, backup, AI system support) and routed to the relevant technical service, with the source campaign recorded on the lead.

Technical enquiries reach IT Technical Support or AI System Assurance & Support.

How does the process work?

The stages are colour-coded the same way across this website: input, processing, human approval, outcome.

  1. InputCampaign briefGoal, audience, channels and constraints are captured.
  2. ProcessingDraft and adaptAI prepares drafts using the approved prompts.
  3. ProcessingBrand checkOutput is checked against voice rules and claims.
  4. Human approvalEditor approvesA person approves before anything is published.
  5. OutcomePublish and recordContent goes live and the approval is recorded.
Illustrative example A governed content flow. It is not a measured client result.

What result can it produce?

One engagement, with the measures agreed before the pilot and reported after launch.

Campaign production time halved with every piece approved by a person

Tessaly IT Services · Managed IT services, Australia

AI Marketing Automation
  • 3 daysBrief to approved piecelower, was 6.5 days
  • 21Pieces published per monthhigher, was 9
  • 93%Enquiries routed within 15 minuteshigher, was 18%

The problem

A three-person marketing team produced service-page updates, a monthly email and LinkedIn posts by hand. Tone varied by author, and enquiries from campaigns were forwarded manually to the right technical team.

What was built

  • A documented brand voice with messaging pillars, approved claims and a prompt library by format
  • A brief-to-draft-to-approval workflow with a publication checklist for each channel
  • Enquiry routing that sends each campaign response to the relevant technical service with its source recorded

Where a person approves

The marketing lead approves every piece before publication and every change to audience or spend.

The result

Time from brief to approved piece fell from 6.5 days to 3. Campaign enquiries reach the correct technical team in minutes, with the source campaign attached.

Systems and tools

  • Prompt library under version control
  • Approval queue
  • LinkedIn and email platform connectors
  • Campaign record in the CRM

Limit found

Technical articles still need a subject specialist's review; that step adds a day and was kept deliberately.

What does the published evidence say?

Figures from named surveys and official statistics, each with its source.

16% to 36%

is the rise marketing leaders expect in AI-driven automation of marketing work between 2026 and 2028.

Gartner, 11 May 2026Survey of 402 chief marketing officers; an expectation, not a measurement

How is quality controlled?

Through acceptance checks agreed before the build, named approvers for sensitive actions, access limited to what you grant, monitoring with alerts, written recovery steps and a named owner after handover.

Publishing approval
Nothing is published and no spend changes without a named person's approval.
Brand checks
Editorial criteria catch generic, inaccurate or off-brand output before review.
Source checking
Factual and technical statements are validated before publication.
Data quality
Segment and lead data are checked, and consent status is respected.
Measurement definitions
Each metric is defined before reporting, so results are comparable.
Records
The campaign record shows the brief, the drafts, the edits and the approval.

What does it cost and how do we start?

Work starts with a paid AI assessment of one process (USD 500, usually 5 working days). A scoped pilot follows (from USD 2,500), then implementation and support, each priced in a written proposal.

AI assessment

USD 500

5 working days

One process reviewed for fit, dependencies and risk.

Scoped pilot

from USD 2,500

3 to 4 weeks

One bounded use case built and tested on real cases.

Production implementation

from USD 6,000

6 to 10 weeks

The accepted pilot hardened, connected and launched.

Sample pricesPrices exclude third-party licences, model usage and taxes. The proposal sets the final price for your scope. Invoices are issued in USD; GBP, EUR and AUD are available on request.

The first step is an AI assessment of one process or one bounded task. It establishes whether the work is a sound candidate, what it depends on, and what a pilot would cover. An enquiry is a request for that conversation; it is not an appointment or an order.

Build work is quoted in the proposal that follows the assessment. Third-party licences, model usage and hosting are recurring costs and are shown separately from implementation. Ongoing support is a separate arrangement with its own scope. See How We Work for how the stages differ.

Questions buyers ask

How is AI used in marketing without publishing unreviewed content?

AI prepares drafts, variants and summaries, and every item passes a brand check and a human editor before it is published. The workflow holds content in a review queue and records who approved it. Changes to advertising spend follow the same rule. The AI speeds preparation; the decision to publish stays with a person.

Will AI marketing automation improve our search ranking or AI visibility?

No outcome of that kind is promised. The work makes your services, evidence and answers clearer and better structured, which helps people and search systems understand them. Whether a search engine ranks a page, or an AI assistant mentions a brand, is decided by those systems. Progress is tracked with defined measures, not assumed.

What do we need to provide before starting?

You provide brand guidelines or examples of approved content, the channels in scope, access to the marketing and CRM tools involved, and the name of the person who approves publication. Where a brand voice is not yet written down, documenting it is the first deliverable.
