Sales & CRM Platform

REIT Limited, a Bangladesh-based AI services and technical-delivery company, configures a sales platform that takes an enquiry from first contact to an approved follow-up without manual re-entry.

What it is

The Sales & CRM Platform coordinates enquiry intake, lead records and approved sales follow-up in one connected process. New enquiries are captured, checked for duplicates, qualified by rule and written to the CRM, and a follow-up draft is prepared for a salesperson to review and send.

What problem does a sales and CRM platform solve?

Enquiries arrive through several channels, records are created by hand and follow-up depends on memory. The platform captures every enquiry in one lead record, drafts the first reply for a salesperson to approve, and shows the pipeline by source and stage.

Leads arrive through forms, email and messages, and each one is typed into the CRM by hand, if at all. Duplicates appear, follow-up depends on who noticed the enquiry, and managers cannot see which leads are waiting.

Intended users

  • Salespeople, who receive qualified leads with a prepared follow-up draft
  • Sales managers, who see the pipeline and waiting leads
  • Operations staff, who maintain the qualification rules

This is a configurable delivery offer, built for each client from agreed modules. It is not an off-the-shelf product, and the view shown on this page is a concept, not a screenshot of a live system.

Which modules does the platform include?

The screens and components a first build would usually include.

Which channels and systems does it connect to?

The platform connects to the channels and systems listed in this section, where each provides a suitable interface. Every connection is confirmed in the assessment before it is included in scope.

  • Website forms
  • Shared mailboxes
  • Lead marketplaces with webhooks
  • HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive and other CRMs with an API
  • Email platforms
  • Calendar booking

Intended result

Every enquiry recorded once, a first reply within minutes rather than hours, fewer duplicate records, and a pipeline view the sales lead can trust.

What result can it produce?

One configured build, with the measures agreed before the pilot and reported after launch.

Every enquiry reaches a salesperson with a qualified record in four minutes

  • 2%Duplicate lead recordslower, was 17%
  • 96%Enquiries with a follow-up within 3 dayshigher, was 54%

The problem

Enquiries arrived from the website, phone notes and two lead marketplaces. Records were created by hand, duplicates were common and follow-up depended on memory.

What was built

  • Intake from four sources into one lead record with duplicate checks
  • Qualification summary and a drafted first reply for the assigned salesperson
  • Follow-up reminders and a pipeline view by source and stage

Where a person approves

A salesperson approves or edits each first reply. Quotes are always prepared by a person.

The result

Median time from enquiry to first contact fell from 26 hours to 35 minutes, and duplicate records fell from 17% to 2%.

Systems and tools

  • Web form and marketplace webhooks
  • Email platform
  • Pipeline dashboard

Limit found

Phone enquiries still depend on staff entering a short note; a call-summary step is planned as a later phase.

How are data, permissions and operation handled?

Data sources
Web forms, shared mailboxes and your existing CRM records.
Data ownership
Lead data stays in your CRM and remains yours; the proposal states where any processing takes place.
Contact permissions
Follow-up respects the consent and contact preferences recorded for each person.
Review gates
No message goes to a prospect until a named person approves it.
Integrations
CRM and email connections depend on the interfaces your tools provide; supported connections are confirmed in the assessment.
Completion measures
Agreed before the pilot, for example the share of test enquiries recorded without manual entry.
Operation after launch
Rule changes and monitoring are handled by your team or through a support arrangement.

What is the initial scope and what does it cost?

The initial scope is usually one intake source and one CRM. Lifecycle email flows, extra intake sources and reporting views are optional modules. The next step is an AI assessment of the process this platform would support.

AI assessment

USD 500

5 working days

One process reviewed for fit, dependencies and risk.

Scoped pilot

from USD 2,500

3 to 4 weeks

One bounded use case built and tested on real cases.

Production implementation

from USD 6,000

6 to 10 weeks

The accepted pilot hardened, connected and launched.

Third-party usage and ongoing support are priced separately in the proposal. See How We Work.

Questions buyers ask

Do we need to replace our CRM?

No. The platform is built around the CRM you already use, provided it offers a way to connect, usually an API. Where a CRM cannot be connected, the assessment says so and sets out the options, which may include a different intake method or a manual step.

Who controls the follow-up messages?

Your salespeople do. The platform prepares a draft using the enquiry and the lead record, and a person reviews, edits and approves it before it is sent. The approval and the sent message are logged against the lead.
